Mark Howell, FCA
I am passionate about helping owner-managed businesses across a wide variety of sectors with their business, accounting and taxation needs.
Offering traditional accounting and taxation services together with business advice, I work with a diverse range of entrepreneurs, drawing on a wealth of experience in business. I pride myself on giving a premium quality service with straight talking help and advice.
In this Age of the Entrepreneur, I now head up Nicklin Business Starter, which is dedicated to helping start-up businesses in the Black Country and wider West Midlands get the very best advice – helping them grow and ensuring they comply with the rules and regulations, including taxation and company law.
With a partner-led, fixed-priced service, we aim to become a trusted advisor to all our clients. As they grow, our clients can benefit from our specialist accounting and tax departments, meaning they never “outgrow their accountants” and can always rely on the service and advice they are given.
As a firm believer of ‘what you can measure, you can manage’, I assist businesses across the Black Country and wider West Midlands with the development of reporting systems and the information required for making effective management decisions. I look after all the needs of start-up companies, including the production of management accounts and forecasts.
I am also responsible for ensuring that our non-audit assignments comply with accounting and Companies Act standards, as well as dealing with client issues.
